• Modify the Software for use in your permitted projects
• Include the Software as a backend component of a commercial SaaS product

4. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software source code
• Create a competing boilerplate product using our code
• Remove copyright notices or license headers from source files

5. Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds are offered. We encourage you to review the documentation and code samples available on the site before purchasing.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
