FastAPI AI Kit is licensed, not sold. The $69 one-time purchase grants you a perpetual license to build unlimited commercial projects.

What you can do
- Use the Software to build and operate commercial applications
- Modify the source code to fit your product's needs
- Deploy the Software to any cloud or on-premise server
- Include the Software as the backend of a product you sell
What you cannot do
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software's source code
- Create a competing boilerplate or starter-kit product from our code
- Transfer your license to another person or company without written consent
- Resell or redistribute the Software as a competing boilerplate product
Attribution
Attribution in your application's codebase is appreciated but not required. Attribution in your product's public UI is not required.
Third-party components
FastAPI AI Kit includes open-source libraries (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, etc.) that are governed by their respective licenses. The full list of dependencies and their licenses is available in the LICENSES.md file in the repository.
